Role Overview
- Manage placement-related data, MIS, databases, reporting, documentation, and backend operations.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and structured placement information for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update student, recruiter, job opportunity, and placement databases.
- Manage placement MIS, trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Track student applications, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and placement outcomes.
- Prepare periodic placement reports and management dashboards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of placement activities.
- Coordinate with students, recruiters, placement team, and internal stakeholders for data collection and verification.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, consistency, and timely reporting.




- Analyse placement data and provide relevant insights to the Placement Team.
- Identify data gaps and support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualification & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, Statistics, Data Analytics, IT, or related discipline.
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Prior experience in MIS, placement operations, recruitment operations, data management preferred.
