Script Assist is looking for a polished, client-facing Healthcare IT Consultant / Account Manager to work with UK healthcare clients using our live clinical and pharmacy workflow platform.
This role is ideal for someone from a healthcare IT consulting, EHR / EMR / HIS implementation, clinical systems, hospital systems, healthcare business analysis or healthcare application specialist background who wants to move into broader client ownership.
You do not need to be a senior account director.
You do not need to have owned large enterprise accounts end-to-end.
But you do need to have worked close to complex healthcare software, client stakeholders, workflows, requirements, configuration, go-live, hypercare, support, issue tracking or operational change.
This role could suit someone who has worked under a:
- Delivery Manager
- Engagement Manager
- Senior Consultant
- Service Delivery Manager
- Account Lead
- Programme Manager
- Client Partner
- Implementation Lead
and now wants to step into more direct ownership.

- other complex healthcare categories
This is live healthcare software in a regulated environment.
The work matters because clinical workflows, pharmacy workflows, configuration choices, support issues, training gaps and operational processes directly affect how clinics and pharmacies perform.
