What You'll Do
- Manage cash application processing for supported regions, including cash posting, lockbox/bank file review, remittance matching, unapplied cash clearing,



and short-pay identification.
- Supervise cash application queues, ensure SLA adherence, conduct quality checks, and manage aging of unapplied cash across Americas and APAC support.
- Develop standardized SOPs, controls, handoffs, and critical issue paths between India Cash Application, regional collections teams, billing, and AR Resolution.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers on collections, allocations/cash application dependencies, and coordinate with the India Hub Manager for capacity planning.
- Identify posting issues, remittance gaps, deduction indicators, and unresolved items requiring handoff to collections or AR Resolution teams.
- Use authorized AI-powered tools and workflow automation to detect unmatched receipts, duplicate payments, missing remittance, unapplied cash trends, and exception patterns.
