Overview:

We seek to partner and provide top staffing solutions to some of our largest customers across the United States to support their hiring needs and better their organizations. This organization primarily supports clients within Finance, Technology, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, and Government space, amongst other verticals and accounts for roughly 70% of our total annual revenue.

With increasing numbers of open positions with our largest clients,



we have an urgent need to aid in recruiting efforts to assist our clients in their hiring processes. The Sourcer will work amongst our team to help submit quality candidates to these openings to a variety of customers without our Strategic Accounts organization.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

The Sourcer will be dedicated to supporting a portfolio of accounts within our Strategic Accounts program. Within your portfolio you will be responsible for maintaining performance metrics for each of your customers by screening, sourcing, and submitting resumes to your customers’ respective hiring portals. You will also be responsible for the coordination of candidate interviews and assist in the onboarding process when a placement is made.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience
- Robust communication and social skills
- Comfortability making 25+ calls daily
- Experience working within Microsoft Office product suite
