Job Description

As a Senior Data Loss Prevention (DLP) , you will work as a part of our Cyber Security team, and you will collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that sensitive data is protected from unauthorized access misuse, and breaches.

Educational qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
/n
2. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are a plus.
/n

Responsibilities

/n

/n

/n
- 10–12 years of experience in data loss prevention, data discovery/classification, and database/data security.
/n
- Experience with DSPM tools and integration in hybrid environments.
/n
- Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
/n
- Experience with DLP, DSPM, disk encryption tools and automation.
/n
- Manage a comprehensive DLP program, including data discovery, classification, and protection policies.
/n
- Conduct DLP and DSPM assessments to identify, mitigate,



and report data protection risks.
/n
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations across multiple geographies.
/n
- Collaborate with legal teams to review contracts and MSAs for DLP compliance.
/n
- Oversee deployment and tuning of disk encryption technologies (e.g., BitLocker).
/n
- Understanding of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and evaluate vendor risks from a DLP perspective.
/n
- Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews to ensure DLP/DAM/DSPM considerations are integrated.
/n
- Manage and respond to data breaches and DLP incidents.
/n
- Stay up to date with the latest DLP trends, threats, and technologies
/n
