We at Coforge are Hiring for Pega Tech Leads with the following skillset
- Certified as a Senior System Architect (CSSA) in Pega version 7.X or 8.X
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- CSSA Certification should have been completed at least 4 to 5 years ago
- Case Management, Data Management
- Development Expertise: Proven experience in development with focus on:
- Authentication and Authorization including RBAC, ABAC etc.
- Knowledge of various studios and their purpose
- Routing including flow actions, SLA Management
- Key Rules such as Data Pages, System Settings, Activities, Data Transforms etc
- Background processing – with knowledge of Queue Processors, Job Schedulers
- Reports,



BIX and Sub-reports etc
- Declarative processing
- Industry Experience: Practical experience with one or more Pega industry frameworks such as Customer Service / Smart Investigate / Smart Disputes / Sales Automation etc
- UI/UX Knowledge: Familiar with front-end technologies like React, Angular, Vue with robust foundation of HTML 5 / Node JS
- Performance and Optimization: Advanced skills in performance tuning, application monitoring, and database management

Deployment Knowledge: DevOps Concepts
- Branching strategy, revision management
- Knowledge of experience of Pega Deployment Manager
