We’re looking for a passionate Regional Trainer who can create impactful learning experiences, coach frontline teams, and drive business performance through people development.

? What You’ll Do

✨ Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) across retail stores

✨ Design & deliver training on:
- Product Knowledge
- Sales Excellence
- Customer Service
- Luxury Selling Skills
- Soft Skills & Communication
- Leadership Development

✨ Develop engaging training content, e-learning modules, assessments & facilitation guides

✨ Coach Store Managers & frontline teams to improve performance

✨ Manage LMS, training calendars, compliance & learning dashboards





✨ Measure training effectiveness through assessments, audits & business KPIs

✨ Partner with business leaders to drive sales productivity, customer experience & employee capability

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5+ years of Retail Training / L&D; experience

✔️ Strong expertise in TNA, Training Design & Facilitation, LMS, Coaching & Mentoring

✔️ Experience in Retail Sales Training, Behavioral Training & Leadership Development

✔️ Solid stakeholder management, presentation & communication skills

✔️ Analytical mindset with a passion for developing people
