We are looking for a creative and execution-focused skilled to design engaging digital learning experiences and manage the smooth academic delivery of online programs. The role combines instructional design,



content development, faculty and LMS management.
Design curricula, course modules, learning journeys, assessments and project-based activities.
Convert faculty and SME inputs into structured, engaging, and learner-friendly content.
Create presentations, infographics, video scripts, SCORM modules, and interactive learning activities.
Develop content using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Canva, Genially, and H5P .
Apply ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, adult-learning principles, and assessment frameworks.
Manage academic calendars, faculty schedules, live sessions, assessments, grading, and program completion.
Manage content publishing and quality checks on LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar systems.
Monitor attendance, LMS activity, assessment submissions, learner performance, and engagement.
