Type: Full-time (Night Shift – U.S. Hours)

Work Week: Wednesday to Sunday (Monday and Tuesday is weekly off)

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

Note - Verbal Communication needs to be excellent for US / international calling.

What You'll Be Doing (Don't worry, we train you on everything)

- Making outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.
/n
- Using simple scripts to understand their selling timeline & interest
/n
- Booking appointments for our partner real estate agents
/n
- Following up with prospects via calls, voicemail, SMS
/n
- Updating notes in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)
/n
- Learning objection handling, sales psychology & communication techniques
/n
- Growing into a qualified SDR / Inside Sales role within 3–6 months
/n
