Role Description The Area Manager – Personal Loans is a full-time in office role based in Dehradun. The individual in this role will manage and grow the personal loans business within the assigned area, including overseeing acquisition targets, portfolio quality, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of sales executives, driving branch and field activities,



building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and banking partners, and monitoring performance against business goals. The Area Manager will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth loan processing and disbursal. This role also involves regular reporting, problem resolution, and implementing strategies to improve productivity, risk management, and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills in retail lending or personal loans, including experience achieving targets in a competitive financial services or fintech environment.
- Proven team leadership and people management capabilities, with experience coaching, motivating, and monitoring field sales teams.
- Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust
