JOB SUMMARY
The Pre-Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, providing initial project information, nurturing leads, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure successful conversion of prospects into site visits and potential bookings. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Management & Customer Interaction
Handle inbound leads received through calls, websites, social media, online portals, and other marketing channels.
Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
Provide accurate information about projects, locations, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and buying potential.




Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the pre-sales journey.

Follow-up & Conversion Support
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, customer conversations, follow-up status, and site visit schedules.
Ensure maximum conversion of leads into site visits.
Coordinate with Property Sales Consultants for customer handover and further discussions.
Track customer feedback and update the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
Address customer queries and provide timely responses.
Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry stage to site visit.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily and weekly reports on:
Recent enquiries received
Calls made
Customer follow-ups
Site visits scheduled
