We are hiring a Product Development Lead with 12–15 years of experience, including 5+ years in a design leadership role. The ideal candidate will define and drive the design vision aligned with brand, consumer, market, and business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a high-performing design team, overseeing end-to-end product development, ensuring design quality and brand consistency, managing timelines and vendors, and driving commercial efficiency. Strong cross-functional collaboration with Production, B&M;, and Marketing is essential. Candidates should have solid expertise in fashion/product development, strategic thinking, leadership, business acumen, and communication skills.
