We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage a team of 10+ sales executives

/n

✔ Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

/n

✔ Conduct call audits and provide performance coaching

/n

✔ Monitor team productivity and improve conversions

/n

✔ Manage underperformance through structured coaching plans

/n

✔ Ensure process adherence, discipline, and team engagement

/n

✔ Collaborate with HR and leadership on retention and performance initiatives

/n

We're Looking For:

/n





5+ years of sales experience with strong team management expertise

/n

Proven experience managing 20+ member inside sales/tele-sales teams

/n

Strong coaching, performance management, and people leadership skills

/n

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven environment

/n

Mature, disciplined, and accountable leadership style

/n

Immediate or early joiners preferred
