Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, acquire clients, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, sales conversion, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities through multiple channels.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other business development activities .
Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to build a strong prospect pipeline.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust,



long-term relationships with corporate and business clients .
Understand client requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
Recommend suitable products/services based on client requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Develop opportunities for repeat business, upselling, cross-selling, and referrals .
3. Sales & Conversion
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service discussions, and negotiations.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial offers .
Negotiate commercials and terms with clients to drive deals towards closure.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client acquisition and conversion .
Maintain a consistent focus on achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
