Key Account Manager – IT Staff Augmentation Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh | On-site Experience: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred About the Role We are looking for a Key Account Manager – IT Staff Augmentation who will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, understanding technology staffing requirements, and driving business through existing and recent accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT staffing, staff augmentation, recruitment solutions, or B2B technology services , along with excellent client communication and relationship-management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Understand client requirements related to IT staffing, staff augmentation, and technology talent . Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal recruitment/delivery teams. Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and new business within existing accounts.



Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements. Track open positions, candidate pipelines, interview status, closures, and client feedback. Conduct regular client follow-ups and account reviews to understand changing business and hiring needs. Handle client negotiations related to commercials, timelines, resources, and service expectations. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through referrals, existing relationships, networking, and new account acquisition. Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other client-facing documents as required. Monitor account performance, revenue, and profitability. Resolve client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on IT hiring trends, technology skill demand, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
