Role Summary

The Client Events & Experiences Lead will own the strategy,



design and delivery of high-impact client experiences across Neo’s Wealth, Asset Management and Group businesses.

This role goes beyond event execution. It requires the ability to conceptualise differentiated platforms, curate premium experiences, build strategic partnerships and deliver memorable engagements that strengthen client relationships, reinforce Neo’s brand positioning and support business priorities.

The role will work closely with business leaders, Relationship Managers, Brand, Communications, Investment teams and external partners to create experiences that are thoughtful, premium, measurable and difficult to replicate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Events and Experience Strategy
- Build Neo’s annual events and client experiences strategy across business verticals.
- Develop flagship event properties, recurring platforms and differentiated client engagement formats.
- Align the events calendar
