About the Role

Cane & Clay is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager who can manage client communication, project coordination and regular follow-ups between clients, designers, vendors and the management team.

This is not a CRM software/technical role.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in or closely with the Interior Design, Architecture, Turnkey/Fit-out, Premium Furniture/Home Décor, Modular Kitchen/Wardrobe, Luxury Real Estate or Premium Building Materials industry.

What You’ll Do

* Manage client relationships from project discussions through execution and handover.

* Be the main point of coordination between clients, designers, project teams, vendors and management.

* Take regular project updates and ensure pending work is followed up on.

* Coordinate client meetings, design discussions, approvals,



site visits and project requirements.

* Keep clients updated about project progress and timelines.

* Handle client concerns and coordinate with the team for solutions.

* Maintain client and project records and provide regular updates to management.

* Visit project sites and attend meetings whenever required.

* Support management with project and operational work beyond client servicing when required.

* Be comfortable with domestic and international travel based on project requirements.
