Role Objective :

Admin Manager / Assistant Manager Administration will lead, manage, and optimize all administrative, facilities, operations, travel, transport, and support functions of the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with robust expertise across Facilities Management, Operations, Travel & Transport, MIS, EHS, ISO 9001, Compliance, Audits, Vendor Management, Budgeting, BMS, and Cost Control. The ideal candidate should ensure seamless workplace operations,



compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Infrastructure Management

▪Oversee end-to-end facility operations including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and workplace management.

▪Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-safety systems.

▪Manage BMS (Building Management Systems) for efficient energy and facility control.

▪Ensure optimal functioning of workplace infrastructure, seating allocation, space planning, and expansion projects

Operations & Administration

▪Manage day-to-day administrative functions ensuring smooth business operations.

▪Develop and implement administrative SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks.

▪Monitor office services, AMC contracts, and service performance metric
