About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, target-oriented and commercially strong Sales Manager to lead our B2C, Retail and Inside Sales business in the Training & Upskilling industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, sales team management, lead-to-enrollment conversion, retail/direct sales, sales funnel optimization, forecasting and overall business growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can not only manage a sales team but also actively drive closures, improve conversion ratios, build sales processes and create a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual B2C sales and revenue targets.
- Drive enrollments, collections and revenue through Inside Sales and Retail/Direct Sales channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
