Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Ground-Mounted Solar Sales / Business Development professional to drive sales and business growth for ground-mounted solar EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating new project opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, negotiating with customers, and closing projects from lead generation to contract signing. The role requires robust knowledge of C&I;, utility-scale, open-access and captive ground-mounted solar projects , along with excellent networking, negotiation and project-sales skills. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities for ground-mounted solar projects. Generate leads through direct client meetings, industry networks, consultants, EPC partners, references and tenders. Develop relationships with industrial, commercial, institutional and corporate customers. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for MW-scale solar projects.



Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Understand customer requirements and coordinate site visits and preliminary feasibility discussions. Coordinate with engineering/design teams for technical feasibility and project proposals. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations and project solutions. Conduct commercial negotiations regarding pricing, scope, payment terms and project timelines. Close high-value ground-mounted Solar EPC projects and achieve assigned sales targets. Client & Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, developers and project stakeholders. Handle client meetings, presentations and commercial discussions. Coordinate with internal Engineering, Design, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Project Execution teams.
