We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Functional Analyst with 5–15 years of experience to support and optimize enterprise procurement processes across SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have robust functional expertise in SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

You will work closely with procurement, finance, supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, resolve functional issues, improve processes, and support SAP procurement operations. Experience with indirect procurement and Coupa will be highly valued.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and day-to-day support for SAP MM and procurement processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP procurement solutions.




- Support the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing, and related procurement activities.
- Configure and maintain SAP MM procurement functionality based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and business users.
- Work with procurement and finance teams to identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, releases, upgrades, and SAP implementation or rollout initiatives.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with developers on custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
