We are hiring for an Engagement Manager - Technology & Product Due Diligence with a leading global strategy and consulting firm advising private equity investors and corporates on technology-led investment and transformation decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Lead technology and product due diligence engagements, assessing technology products, platforms, and digital businesses.
/n
- Evaluate scalability, architecture, technical debt, technology risks, and value creation opportunities.
/n
- Assess product architecture, cloud technologies, engineering organizations, application portfolios, and technology operating models.
/n




- Support technology transformation and value creation initiatives across PE and corporate clients.
/n
- 5–12 years of relevant experience in Technology/Product Due Diligence, Technology Advisory, Transformation, AI, Enterprise Architecture, or related areas.
/n
- Solid understanding of technology platforms, product development, cloud, and engineering ecosystems.
/n
- Engineering degree required; Tier-1 MBA preferred.
/n
- Prior consulting experience preferred, with candidates from EY-Parthenon, PwC Deals, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture Strategy, or similar firms preferred.
