Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver telecom projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction. IWS operates across telecom services including RAN, Core Network, Telecom Infrastructure, Network Deployment and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Lead end-to-end telecom projects from planning through delivery and closure.
/n
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
/n
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and field/technical teams.
/n
- Track project progress, KPIs, SLAs, quality, and overall project performance.
/n
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
/n




- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
/n
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and client requirements.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- 12+ years of overall experience, with solid Telecom Project Management experience.
/n
- Experience in telecom deployment, infrastructure, RAN, Core, or network operations projects.
/n
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, team, and client management skills.
/n
- Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
/n
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a relevant field preferred.
