About Habitainer

Habitainer is ALTREE Group's modular construction and architectural design business. We design,

manufacture and install modular structures — farmhouses, villas, marketing offices, retail formats,

resorts, homestays and micro-resorts — across three integrated cost centres: Architectural Design,

Factory Construction and On-site Execution.

Our clients range from Grade-A residential developers and hospitality operators to individual

landowners building second homes. Average deal size sits at roughly ₹1.6 Cr, with individual orders

running from ₹15 lakh to ₹4 Cr. We operate multiple manufacturing facilities, run a dedicated model-





home experience centre, and are scaling our order book aggressively over the next 24 months.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager who has personally owned and delivered ₹10-25 Cr+ in annual

closures and can now own that number for Habitainer — while building the process, the team and

the enterprise relationships that make it repeatable.

This is not a lead-chasing role. You will own the full revenue engine: outbound enterprise pipeline,

B2B channel and developer partnerships, B2C conversion through our experience centre, and the

commercial discipline to convert design fees into full construction orders.

You'll inherit a functioning funnel, a defined 10-stage sales process, an active pipeline and a small

sales team. You'll be judged on whether you can scale it.

What You'll Own

Revenue & Order Book

∙Carry and deliver an annual order book target of ₹10-25 Cr+, with quarterly and monthly break-

ups
