We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Enterprise Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will partner with Sales to drive complex B2B enterprise opportunities by understanding customer business challenges, designing solution approaches, and articulating the value of our platform.

You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle by conducting discovery workshops, solution consulting sessions, product demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, designing integration approaches, and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions.

This role requires strong business consulting skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders across large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities: -

Customer Discovery & Consulting

•Partner with Enterprise Sales throughout the complete sales lifecycle.

•Lead business discovery workshops to understand customer processes, challenges, and business objectives.

•Analyse existing (AS-IS)



business processes and recommend optimized (TO-BE) solutions.

•Perform solution fit-gap analysis and recommend the most appropriate solution approach.

Solution Consulting

•Design end-to-end solution approaches aligned with customer requirements.

•Conduct tailored product demonstrations and solution presentations for enterprise customers.

•Present business use cases, product capabilities, and implementation approach to business and technical stakeholders.

•Clearly articulate the business value, ROI, and operational advantages of the proposed solution.

Solution Architecture & Integration

• Design high-level solution architecture covering product configuration, integrations, workflows, and implementation approach.

• Work closely with customer IT teams on enterprise integrations including: (Need to have a detailed understanding of integrations and objection handling)
