Key Responsibilities

/n

Broker Relationship Management

/n

/n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and lending partners
/n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned broker accounts
/n
- Build long-term partnerships through consistent communication, education, and exceptional customer service
/n




- Identify opportunities to expand existing broker relationships and generate new business
/n

/n

Business Development

/n

/n
- Prospect and onboard recent mortgage broker partners
/n
- Conduct outbound sales activities to increase loan volume and market share
/n
- Present the company's loan products, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clients
/n
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals
/n

/n

Loan Scenario Support

/n

/n
- Review and discuss loan scenarios with brokers to determine product eligibility
/n
- Recommend appropriate loan programs based on borrower qualifications
/n
- Provide guidance regarding underwriting guidelines, documentation requirements, and program overlays
/n
- Partner with internal operations and underwriting teams to facilitate successful loan submissions
/n

Sales & Pipeline Management

- Track broker activity and manage opport
