About the Role /n

We are looking for a highly driven, target-oriented and commercially robust Sales Manager to lead our B2C, Retail and Inside Sales business in the Training & Upskilling industry. /n

The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, sales team management, lead-to-enrollment conversion, retail/direct sales, sales funnel optimization, forecasting and overall business growth. /n

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can not only manage a sales team but also actively drive closures, improve conversion ratios, build sales processes and create a high-performance sales culture. /n

Candidates with experience in Upskilling / EdTech / Professional Training / Online Learning / Certification / Career Education / Higher Education / Vocational Training will be strongly preferred. /n

Experience with leading Upskilling/EdTech companies is an added advantage, particularly candidates who have worked with organizations selling programs in areas such as: /n

Key Responsibilities /n

1. Sales & Revenue Ownership /n
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual B2C sales and revenue targets. /n
/n- Drive enrollments, collections and revenue through Inside Sales and Retail/Direct Sales channels. /n
/n- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed
