Education (Full Time / part Time)

Internal Communications:
Develop and write internal communication for organization-wide HR initiatives, leadership messages, employee engagement campaigns, policy communication, and change management initiatives.
Create compelling copy for emails, newsletters, announcements, posters, and other employee communication material.
Develop communication calendars and ensure timely execution of planned campaigns.
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and communication standards across all employee touchpoints. Provide creative direction on visual communication to ensure messaging effectiveness.
Work with design teams or external agencies to conceptualize posters, infographics, digital creatives, videos, and campaign collateral.

Leadership Communications:
Support leadership events, town halls, employee forums, and recognition events

Culture & Employer Branding




~ Create content for Annual Reports, Integrated Reports, ESG reports, Culture Reports, and other external publications showcasing people practices.

Support the execution of the organization‘s Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Coordinate the distribution and communication of rewards and recognition collateral across the organization.
Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance of all recognition programs.
Support the design and launch of recent recognition initiatives aligned with organizational culture and business priorities.
Own the communication strategy and execution for Rewards & Recognition programs.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Corporate Communications, and business leaders to understand communication needs.

Bachelor‘s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Mass Communication, Marketing, HR, or related discipline.
