Senior Payroll & Accounting Specialist – ADP & QuickBooks

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll & Accounting Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, accounting operations, and financial administration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ADP and QuickBooks, with a proven ability to manage payroll, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and support day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage end-to-end payroll using ADP for employees on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
/n
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, deductions, benefits, taxes, and other payroll-related information.
/n
- Handle payroll tax filings, reporting, and compliance requirements.
/n
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
/n
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
/n
- Record, classify, and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks.
/n
- Perform bank, credit card,



and general ledger reconciliations.
/n
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
/n
- Generate financial and payroll reports for management.
/n
- Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and outstanding receivables.
/n
- Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation.
/n
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting and payroll records.
/n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable payroll regulations.
/n
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and management teams to resolve payroll and accounting issues.

Required Qualifications

/n

/n
- 8+ years of professional experience in payroll, accounting, or finance operations.
/n
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems.
/n
- Solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
/n
- Good understanding of payroll processing, payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits.
