Job Summary

/n

• The Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales

/n

strategies, leading the sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving

/n

revenue targets across Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video, and

/n

Smart Building Solutions.

/n

• The role requires strong leadership, excellent client relationship management skills,

/n





and extensive experience in handling high-value projects within the luxury

/n

residential, hospitality, and corporate segments.

/n

Educational Qualification

/n

• B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication) preferred.

/n

• MBA in Marketing or Sales Management will be an added advantage.

/n

Experience

/n

• 10–15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.

/n

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.

/n

• Experience in Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video, ELV, Building

/n

Automation, Smart Home Solutions, High-End Electrical Products, Luxury Interior

/n

Products, or Hospitality Solutions preferred.

/n

• Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve company revenue and

profitability targets.

• Identify new business opportunities across Residential, Hospitality, Corpora
