Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients in the AEC BIM industry

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

- Present and explain BIM solutions to clients

- Use CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage leads and opportunities

- Conduct market research and track industry trends

- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
/n
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
/n
- Good understanding of BIM solutions
/n
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
/n
- Knowledge of the USA market is a must.
