We are looking for passionate Architects with experience/freshers to join our innovative team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create blueprints and frameworks that align with our company’s goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

Ø Documenting projects for construction and permitting;

/n

Ø Assisting with conceptual design, construction documents, material research, code analysis, and preliminary specifications;

/n

Ø Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents;

/n

Ø Attending project team meetings;

/n

Ø Preparing and developing design imagery for presentation materials;

/n

Ø Presentational development of proposals, designs, sketches and technical documentation for the client;

/n

Ø Establishment & Assembly of drawing sets and company drawing standards;

/n

Ø Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;

/n





Ø Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive client information.

/n

Ø Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies.

/n

Ø Learn new technologies in AR/VR and keep updated with new software.

/n

Qualifications:

/n

Ø Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) - Mandatory

/n

Ø Job Type: Full-time

Ø Salary: up to 3 LPA

Requirements:

Ø 2 years of skilled experience

/n

Ø Freshers are also invited

/n

Ø Familiarity with Creative and Design Tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Canva, Autodesk Maya

/n

Ø Working knowledge of building codes and other design codes

/n

Ø Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, and Enscape

/n

Ø Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.

/n

Ø AI & Emerging Technologies: AI Tools for Design & Visualisation, ChatGPT / Generative AI Tools.
