- Handle end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Revenue, Tech, news, digital, production, and corporate and diverse functions for Mid to senior leadership hirings

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
/n
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
/n
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
/n
- Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports & hands on exp in industry mapping/headhunting(Mandatory)

Key Skills & Requirements:
/n
/n
- 7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
/n
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
/n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
/n
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS and other Analytics courses
/n
- Education qualification must be PGDM/MBA in HR field.
/n
