Job Description

The Head of Finance will serve as a key member of the India leadership team and will be responsible for establishing and strengthening the Finance function across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of finance operations, governance, and financial management for the India GCC.
- Driving accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, and controllership activities.
- Ensuring compliance with Indian statutory, tax, regulatory, and audit requirements including GST, TDS, corporate tax,



and Companies Act obligations.
- Establishing a strong internal control environment, risk management framework, and governance processes.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management activities.
- Providing strategic financial insights and decision support to senior leadership, Board members, and global stakeholders.
- Managing treasury, cash flow planning, banking relationships, payroll accounting, AP/AR, and outsourced finance activities.
- Driving finance transformation initiatives including process standardisation, automation, digitisation, and operating model optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Typically 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior finance leadership roles.
