Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of capital formation strategies to support fundraising objectives across investment products and mandates.
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with Limited Partners (LPs), institutional investors, family offices, and other capital providers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to General Partners (GPs) and investment teams on investor engagement, fundraising positioning, and market strategy.
- Drive the creation of fundraising materials, investor presentations, due diligence content, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Oversee the end-to-end fundraising process, including investor sourcing, qualification,



due diligence, negotiations, and closing activities.
- Maintain and expand a global investor network while identifying new sources of capital and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between investment strategy, investor communications, and fundraising efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic business development and growth initiatives

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in business development, capital introduction, investor relations, fundraising, or institutional sales within investment banking, private markets, asset management, or alternative investments.
- A strong and established network of institutional investors, family offices, fund-of-funds, wealth managers, and other capital allocators.
