Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial strategy, controls, and operations , while enabling data-driven decision-making through robust MIS, dashboards, and management reporting .

This role requires a hands-on finance leader who can balance strategic insight with execution , and bring structure, visibility, and financial discipline to a professional services business.

Key Responsibilities

/n

1. Financial Strategy & Business Partnering

/n

/n
- Partner with leadership on financial planning, growth strategy, and profitability improvement
/n
- Provide insights on practice-wise profitability, client margins, and pricing strategies amongst others
/n
- Support strategic decisions on expansion, new service lines, and investments
/n

/n

/n

2. Management Reporting, MIS & Dashboards

/n

/n
- Design and implement comprehensive MIS frameworks for the firm
/n
- Develop robust monthly/quarterly management reports
/n




- Build real-time dashboards for leadership with key financial and operational metrics
/n
- Standardise reporting formats for partners and senior management
/n
- Ensure timely, accurate, and actionable insights for decision-making
/n

3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

/n

/n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
/n
- Develop financial models for revenue projections and cost optimisation
/n
- Track performance against budgets and highlight key risks and opportunities
/n

/n

/n

4. Accounting, Controls & Compliance

/n

/n
- Oversee financial reporting, books of accounts, and statutory compliance
/n
- Ensure robust internal controls and audit readiness
/n
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
/n

/n

5. Revenue, Billing & Collections Management

/n

/n
- Streamline billing processes (retainers, milestone-based, hourly billing)
/n
- Improve collection cycles and reduce receivables
/n
- Implement control
