We are looking for a "Head of Operations – Transformation & PMO" for a Global IT organization based out of chennai. 15-20 years experience.

A strategic and execution-focused leader to partner with the Global Delivery Head in driving operational excellence, cost and revenue transformation, OPEX governance, workforce optimisation, performance analytics, and strategic initiatives.

The role requires a highly analytical and assertive professional who can work across multiple stakeholders, turn data into insights, and drive critical initiatives from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Cost Transformation

/n

Drive cost optimisation initiatives across workforce pyramid, offshoring, subcontracting, bench management, utilisation improvement, and account rationalisation to deliver measurable savings and efficiency.

/n

Process & Delivery Transformation

/n

Drive transformation of delivery processes, operating models, and governance frameworks to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and talent supply chain effectiveness.

/n





PMO & Strategic Initiatives

/n

Lead governance and execution of critical business and firmwide strategic initiatives, ensuring solid tracking, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and timely closure.

/n

Revenue Transformation

/n

Identify and drive opportunities across pricing, change request management, revenue leakage control, billing optimisation, market segments, and account profitability.

/n

OPEX Management

/n

Manage the OPEX for the Global Delivery Head's organisation, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost tracking, and identification of optimisation opportunities.

/n

MIS & Performance Analytics

/n

Own executive MIS and performance reporting, consolidating operational and financial data into actionable insights, trends, risks, and recommendations for leadership.

Workforce Management

/n

Drive workforce analytics covering capacity, demand, util
