We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven National Business Manager – New Car Loans to lead and accelerate the growth of our new car lending business across India. The ideal candidate will bring 20–25 years of extensive experience in auto loans, car loans, retail lending, sales, and business development, with a robust understanding of the automotive finance ecosystem.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing the national business strategy, expanding market presence, strengthening OEM and dealer relationships, and delivering sustainable growth and profitability across the new car loan portfolio.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national business strategy for new car loans, aligned with overall organizational growth and profitability objectives.
- Own business targets for auto loans and car loans,



including disbursements, revenue, market share, portfolio quality, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, automobile dealers, dealer groups, DSAs, banks, NBFCs, and other ecosystem partners.
- Drive acquisition and expansion of dealer and channel partnerships across key markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, customer segments, and distribution channels to accelerate growth.
- Lead national sales and business development initiatives and establish effective processes for achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, customer behavior, pricing, and product performance to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Work closely with credit, risk, operations, product, collections, technology, and finance teams to ensure efficient end-to-end loan delivery.
