Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to drive Process Optimization, AI Adoption and Operational Transformation across Technology and Global Centres. This role partners with senior business, COO, and technology leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, accelerate GenAI adoption,



lead process re-engineering initiatives and build a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will combine consulting-style problem solving, stakeholder management, change leadership and hands-on knowledge of AI, automation, and process improvement methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes and productivity gains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Technology, Operations, and COO leadership teams to identify and prioritize high-value transformation, automation, and AI opportunities.
- Lead divisional engagement initiatives and act as a trusted advisor on process optimization, AI adoption and efficiency strategies.
- Drive GenAI adoption programs across Global Centres through governance, enablement, communications, and metrics reporting.
