The Role
We're looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can own the day-to-day operations of 15–20+ brand accounts across multiple platforms.
We have multiple brand pages and IPs generating content daily, but need one owner managing operations, engagement, documentation, performance tracking, and platform optimization end-to-end.
This is a high-volume execution role requiring strong systems, attention to detail, speed, and complete ownership.
What You'll Do
Multi- Platform Management
- Manage 15–20+ brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn,
Twitter/X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Handle variable posting volumes: 10–15 posts on regular days and 15–20+ posts during peak campaigns.
- Ensure all scheduled content is published accurately and on time.
Data & Documentation
- Maintain all content-related data including videos shot, edited, posted, pending items, and performance metrics.
- Maintain content calendars, tracking sheets, and documentation systems.
- Keep tracking systems updated consistently as the single source of truth for the creative team.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze engagement patterns, optimal posting times, content formats, hashtag performance, and thumbnail effectiveness.
- Identify what works across accounts and convert insights into actionable feedback for content strategy.
- Use observations and performance data to inform creative direction.
