Role Overview

/n

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive who is comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings.

/n

You will reach out to potential customers across Indian and international markets, introduce our product, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

/n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys starting conversations with new prospects, handling objections,



and converting outreach into sales opportunities.

/n

What You'll Do

/n

- Reach out to potential prospects through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
/n
- Introduce Steps AI and clearly communicate the product's value proposition
/n
- Identify decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities
/n
- Schedule product demo meetings for the sales team
/n
- Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the pipeline
/n
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in CRM tools
/n
- Handle objections and nurture prospects until they are ready for a meeting
/n
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messaging and scripts
/n

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or outbound sales

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

- Comfortable doing daily outbound prospecting through calls, email, and L
