V M Bakery Products Pvt Ltd is one of Andhra Pradesh's leading industrial packaged bakery manufacturers, operating under the Just Breads brand from our facility in Vijayawada's Industrial Estate. With a 15 MT/day production capacity, we supply institutional clients, up-to-date trade retailers, and Q-commerce platforms across the state. We are now building a full-scale General Trade distribution network and are looking for a driven sales leader to build this vertical ground up.

The Opportunity
This is a greenfield builder role.



You will be the first General Trade Sales Manager at Just Breads — responsible for architecting and executing our GT distribution strategy across Andhra Pradesh with a specific mandate for deep rural penetration. You report directly to the Managing Director and carry full channel P&L; accountability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Distribution Network Build-Out
- Appoint, onboard, and manage super-stockists and distributors across Krishna, Guntur, East and West Godavari districts in Year 1; phased expansion to remaining AP districts in Year 2–3
- Execute a hybrid GTM model — company-owned beat routes in key urban centres, distributor-led last-mile in semi-urban and rural markets
- Build retail coverage to 10,000+ outlets in Year 1 — kirana stores, bakeries, tea stalls, and local grocery chains
- Design beat plans, route maps, and van sales schedules for granular rural market penetration

2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and second
