About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Executive to lead direct sales outreach to Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) and Real Estate Developers across India. You will own the entire pitch and relationship-building process with real estate developers and society committees, understand their pain points, and convert them into paying customers. This is an early-stage growth role where you'll work closely with the founding team to establish product-market fit and validate our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead direct outreach and pitching to Real Estate Developers, RWA committees and society management across target residential communities in India.
- Identify and build relationships with decision-makers within residential societies and real estate lobbies (Marketing and CRM teams, secretaries, treasurers, RWA committee members).
- Conduct on-ground society visits, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings.
- Understand society-specific requirements and pain points related to community management.




- Present Orbit Living's value proposition with clear communication and conviction to committees and real estate developers.
- Negotiate effectively with society leadership and handle objections with strong persuasion skills.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract finalization and onboarding.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and systematic outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and early customer success.
- Provide feedback to the founding team on market reactions, objections, and product gaps.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or direct sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
