Job Description
- Design, build and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI systems.
- Develop planning, memory, orchestration and RAG capabilities.
- Benchmark and optimise AI models for performance and safety.
- Operate production AI systems and continuously improve outcomes.
- Partner with AI engineers and leadership to define strategy.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- 8+ years in software engineering.
- 5+ years building LLM or agentic AI solutions.
- Robust Python and backend engineering expertise.
- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK or similar.
- Hands-on knowledge of RAG, vector databases and AI deployment.
