About the Role

/n

Lead multi-store retail operations and sales performance across a defined region, driving revenue, profitability, customer experience and operational standards.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Own sales, revenue, margin, NPS and operational KPIs across multiple stores.
/n
- Lead and coach Area Managers and Store Managers to achieve targets.
/n
- Drive store productivity, conversion, customer exerience and turnaround plans .
/n
- Ensure SOP, audit, inventory and operational compliance across stores.
/n
- Lead new store openings and post-launch performance .
/n
- Manage franchise and company-operated store standards .
/n
- Drive customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
/n




- Partner with the COO on regional growth and operational strategy .
/n

/n

Ideal Profile

/n

/n
- 12–15 years in retail operations, including 4+ years managing multiple stores / Area Managers .
/n
- Strong experience in multi-store retail sales and operations .
/n
- Experience in luxury, premium, fashion or consumer retail preferred.
/n
- Exposure to franchise and company-operated retail formats preferred.
/n
- Robust understanding of store P&L;, sales KPIs, inventory and customer experience .
/n
- Proven people leadership and coaching capability.
/n
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel across stores .
/n
