About the job Nordavo is looking for a Senior Backend Developer, or an ambitious medior developer ready to grow into a senior position, for a Dutch SaaS company in the financial services sector. The company develops a platform used daily by thousands of professionals to collaborate, automate routine processes and manage their work in real time. At this scale, stability, performance and maintainable architecture are essential. You will work from Nordavo's modern office in Indiranagar, Bangalore, while contributing directly to an international SaaS product. What you will do You will have a genuine say in the technical direction of the platform. The architecture is mature, but continues to evolve as the platform grows. Develop, safeguard and improve the backend architecture Refactor and modernise existing codebases Solve complex technical and production issues Improve performance, security, stability and scalability Write unit,
integration and end to end tests Contribute actively to CI/CD processes Estimate technical impact within Agile sprints Take ownership of components and technical improvements Support the team during incidents following releases The team releases several times a day.
