What We're Looking For

/n

/n
- CA – 5+ years experience
/n
- MBA from Tier-1 College – 5+ years experience
/n
- MBA – 7+ years experience
/n
- Strong experience in Treasury OR Product Control + Accounting
/n
- Banking / FinTech industry experience preferred
/n
- Solid understanding of Treasury products, liquidity, capital and regulatory requirements
/n
- Knowledge of Bonds, Derivatives and Accounting Standards
/n
- Product Control experience will be an added advantage
/n
- Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx,



Python/Copilot or automation is preferred
/n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
/n
- Prior team management / people leadership experience
/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Lead delivery and integrity of daily/monthly financial and regulatory information
/n
- Manage end-to-end business unit controls, including P&L; production, analysis and balance sheet substantiation
/n
- Support core Treasury activities across Liquidity, Capital, Term Funding, Securitisation, Interest Rate & FX Risk
/n
- Produce and support Basel III liquidity metrics and regulatory reporting
/n
- Drive data integrity, financial forecasting, modelling and reconciliation
/n
- Identify and resolve financial/control issues and provide solutions to senior stakeholders
/n
- Lead, mentor and develop team members
/n
