Job Description – Table Tennis Coach

Manav Rachna International School, Noida is seeking a passionate and dedicated Table Tennis Coach to train and mentor students while promoting excellence in sports, discipline, and overall physical development.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Conduct structured Table Tennis coaching sessions for students across different age groups and skill levels.
/n
- Identify, nurture, and develop talented players for intra-school, inter-school, district, state, and national competitions.
/n
- Plan and implement training schedules focused on technical skills, fitness, strategy, and sportsmanship.
/n
- Organize practice sessions, trials, tournaments, and coaching camps.
/n
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
/n
- Ensure the proper maintenance and secure use of sports equipment and training facilities.
/n




- Coordinate with school leadership to support sports events, competitions, and fitness initiatives.
/n
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, leadership, and a positive sporting culture within the school.
/n
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and other coaching-related documentation.
/n
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and school policies during training sessions and tournaments.
/n

Qualifications & Experience

/n

/n
- Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Education or a related field; relevant coaching certifications preferred.
/n
- 3–5 years of experience as a Table Tennis Coach, preferably in a school or sports academy.
/n
- Experience in coaching students for competitive tournaments is desirable.
/n
