As we expand our B2B business, we are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team.
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can work on both inbound and outbound business opportunities.
Your responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential businesses, understand their requirements, qualify opportunities, schedule and conduct product demos/meetings, maintain consistent follow-ups, handle objections and move prospects towards conversion and closure.
We are not looking for someone who only makes calls and follows up.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of opportunities and has a robust conversion and closing mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on both inbound and outbound business leads
- Generate B2B leads through calling, LinkedIn, email, social media and other prospecting channels
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Understand and identify client requirements
- Qualify potential business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct product demos / business meetings
- Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups
- Handle client queries and objections confidently
- Negotiate and move qualified opportunities towards closure
- Maintain all leads, activities and follow-ups properly in the CRM
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Take ownership of assigned leads from initial conversation to conversion
- Work towards defined sales and conversion targets
