Chakra is looking for a creative and strategic Brand, Content & Community Manager to shape how our brand shows up — both online and offline.

/n

/n

We're looking for someone who understands brand building, storytelling, content and community , and can turn what's happening across Chakra into compelling campaigns, experiences and creative ideas.

/n

/n

You'll own Chakra's content calendar, work closely with our videographer/editor to bring ideas to life, and help create partnerships, pop-ups and community experiences that get people excited about the brand.

/n

What You'll Do /n

Brand & Content /n

/n
- Own and manage Chakra's monthly and weekly content calendar
/n
- Develop content concepts, campaigns and recurring series that build the Chakra brand
/n
- Identify compelling stories across our riders, instructors, studios and community and turn them into content
/n
- Develop clear creative briefs for our videographer/editor,



including concepts, references, messaging, hooks and CTAs
/n
- Direct the creation of Reels, Stories, static posts and other social content
/n
- Brief and oversee posters, bulletin boards, studio collateral, promotional creatives and other brand assets
/n
- Own Chakra's brand voice and ensure messaging and visual identity remain consistent across touchpoints
/n
- Write and/or oversee copy for social media, campaigns, posters, Stories and app push notifications
/n
- Identify which classes, offers, events and initiatives require additional marketing support and build campaigns around them
/n
- Plan content and creative around studio launches, recent formats, instructors, events and other key moments
/n
- Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve our content strategy
